Walking Field Trip Permission Form

An exciting feature of our school's campus is its direct connection to Happy Valley Park! Throughout the year, teachers and staff may take students on walking field trips to enjoy the park's grounds, facilities, or green space boardwalk.  

To make this process easier, we ask all families to complete our Walking Field Trip Permission Form so individual classes do not need to send home separate forms each time they visit the park.
