fall 2025 Cross country  schedule

Cross Country running is a FALL sport where teams and individuals run a race on open-air courses over natural terrain such as dirt or grass.

Practice Schedule:  4:15-5:15 p.m.  Monday-Thursday.

Athletic Eligibility
Participation is a privilege. Students are expected to act in a leadership role for members of the student body and always act in an exemplary manner that supports the team, school and community. Athletes should consider academics as their first priority.

Registration
All athletes MUST be approved on FinalForm before attending their first practice. For approval, all athletes MUST have a current NCSD sports physical (valid for 24 months to the day), paid athletic fee (or approved waiver), and a completed, and approved, online registration on FinalForm.

If your student needs a sports physical, NCSD has several health centers in our high schools that provide this service.  For more information, contact School Based Health Centers (SBHC).

Registration Fee: $50.  Payments can be made on our payment portal.

If you are interested in volunteering at our practices, please complete the volunteer application and background check here
